She is by far the best employee that you have on your staff. You said that you needed me to put more money in my Escrow account and I did what you said that would resolve the issues. I cannot even remember how many times I have called in an attempt to resolve this. has had my loan for approximately 2 1/2 years. We were on the phone for 37 MINUTES and the issues were resolved. She ACTUALLY listened to my explanation of the issues, then she ACTUALLY worked with me to resolve the issues.
